1. Requesting Account Deletion

If you want to delete your HostelWalay account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:

• Email us at: support@hostelwalay.pk from your registered email address
• Include the subject line: "Delete My Account"

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity before proceeding with deletion.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

• Personal account information (name, email, phone number)
• User profile data
• Uploaded hostel listings and images (if applicable)
• App usage history linked to your account

4. Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, as required by law. This data will not be used for personal identification.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 15-25 business days.

6. Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all associated data and services.
